A Proposal Is Being Made By Kingsport School Officials To The Kingsport BMA To Revamp Indian Highland Park. Currently, The Site Hosts Soccer And Softball Fields. The New Plan Would Be To Purchase All Properties East Of Park Street And Add Eight Tennis Courts And A Lacrosse Playing Field. The Concepts And Ideas Were Those Of Superintendent Of Administration, Andy True And Chief Student Services Officer And Former D-B Assistant Principal, Jim Nash. No Action Has Been Taken. The Idea Is Expected To Be Discussed Further.
