A Kingsport Man Is Facing Charges After Allegedly Fleeing From A Hawkins County Deputy And Ramming His Vehicle Twice During The Pursuit. 26 Year Old Brandon Holmes Was Seen Swerving Several Times On Highway 11w In Church Hill, When The Deputy Attempted To Stop Him He Sped Up And Fled Running Multiple Red Lights And At Speeds Over 100 Miles Per Hour. As The Chase Reached The End Of Bloomingdale Road Holmes Swerved Into The Deputies Vehicle, Spun Around In The Median, Then Rammed The Rear End Of The Patrol Car Before Coming To A Stop. Holmes Then Ran From The Vehicle, The Deputy Was Able To Take Him Down And Place Him Under Arrest. He Is Facing Multiple Charges Including Felony Evading, Reckless Driving, And Reckless Endangerment. Holmes In In Jail Awaiting Arraignment.
