If Approved By Virginia’s Corporation Commission The Chance Will Increase The Monthly Bill For A Customer By 11 Percent. The Company Said The Rate Hike Is Tied Directly To Transmission Costs. If Approved, Customers Could See The Rate Increase Starting In July.
