Sullivan County Leaders Are Set To Consider Later This Week, A 746-Thousand Dollar Contract For The Management Of The Building Of The New County Jail Facilities. The Consideration Is For Kentucky-Based Codell Construction To Provide Day-To-Day Oversight Of The 77-Million Dollar Project. The Money Will Come From The Proceeds Of A Bond Issue Approved By County Leaders Last Year. The New Facilities Will Be Constructed Behind The Current Justice Center In Blountville. The Meeting Takes Place Thursday At 6 Pm.
