A Woman Is Seeking Answers Concerning The Murder Of Her 20-Year-Old Daughter In Kingsport Last Year. 20 Year Old Josie Helmandollar And 22 Year Old Charles Seaton Were Found Shot In The Road On Skyland Drive. She Died From Her Wounds That Day And Seaton Died 12 Days Later. Kingsport Police Have No Been Able To Determine A Suspect. Josie’s Family Is Offering A Five Thousand Dollar Reward For Information.
