The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office Is Now Investigating Separate Deaths Of Two People. The Body Of 41 Year Old Isaac Ray Stiltner Of Pilgrims Knob Was Found Late Last Week Inside A Home Off Slate Creek Road. The Body Of 32 Year Old Tabitha Leann Hagerman Also Of Pilgrims Knob Was Found Over The Weekend In A Creek In The Same Area. Investigators Believe Drugs Were Involved In Both Deaths, But Are Not Sure If They’re Related. Both Bodies Have Been Sent For Autopsies. The Investigation Is Ongoing.
