Kingsport School Officials Have Announced A 10-Year Capital Improvement Plan Worth Just Over 68-Million Dollars. The Largest Portion Of That Plan Will Take 18-Million Dollars To Renovate And Modify The Current Sullivan North High/Middle School Into The New Sevier Middle School By The Fall Of 2023. Part Of The Money Will Also Be Used To Convert The Current Sevier Into The New Jackson Elementary School By August 2024. The Plan Does Not Include Repaving The Parking Area At North Or Needed Renovations At J. Fred Johnson Stadium At D-B.
