THE FORMER MAYOR OF APPALACHIA VIRGINIA WHO PLED GUILTY TO ELECTION FRAUD WILL SOON BE RELEASED FROM JAIL WITHOUT ANY CHALLENGES. BEN ELLIS COOPER WAS ORDERED TO SERVE TWO YEARS BEHIND BARS FOLLOWED BY TWO YEARS ELECTRONIC HOME MONITORING. HE BEGAN SERVING HIS SENTENCE MARCH 4TH, HOWEVER, THE SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA REGIONAL JAIL HAS AUTHORIZED HIM TO BE RELEASED ON HOME ELECTRONIC MONITORING DECEMBER 3RD. SPECIAL PROSECUTOR FOR THE CASE, TIM MCAFEE HAS SENT A LETTER OF OPPOSITION CONTENDING HE BELIEVES HOME ELECTRONIC MONITORING IS INCONSISTANT WITH THE JUDGE’S EARLIER RULING.
