The Tennessee Department Of Environment And Conservation Has Issued A Permit To Domtar In Kingsport For An Anaerobic Digester Project. The Permit Allows The Company To Start Construction On A New Wastewater Treatment System. Domtar Officials Say They Have Already Purchased 80 Percent Of The Necessary Equipment. The New System Is Expected To Start Up By The Late Part Of Next Year.
