Developer Steve Johnson Said He’s Working To Bring Five Below, Trader Joe’s Grocery Chain, And Some Unnamed Retailers To Fill Vacant Spots. The Logistics Of Adding An Access Road To The Virginia Side Is Still Being Worked Out. He’s Also Pushing For A Change To The Island Road Intersection For Safety Reasons.
